Meet Lynn


I have always been one to help a friend, stranger or family member since before I could remember. I always wanted to help my grandmother in the kitchen or help my school teacher grade papers. In fact my teacher loved that I was helpful but told me to stop talking to others and listen more, so I could do what she knew I was capable of doing. I’ve never forgotten those words and it has helped me in more ways than I could ever imagine.

Growing up, I worked in several family neighborhood stores, beauty supply and hair salons. I watched my family interact with customers, neighbors, other business owners and suppliers. Although I was shy I was able to engage people in a way that seem to wow them. Customers would always compliment my mannerisms and my smile and it helped me to be the person I am today. The demands in the business world are high so making sure you and your staff are attracting and retaining your customer base should be even higher.

I was destined to be a school teacher or salon owner according to my family, but one day my mom reminded me that I could (and still can) do any and everything I wanted too. I was glad that my family instilled good strong morals and beliefs in me and I have used them as tools in my day to day life which brings me back to what I love, helping others to be their best and put a smile in everything they (you) do.

Today I am a customer service coach and trainer with more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world, interacting, mentoring and training frontline staff. I am honored and excited to share my extensive experience and expertise with the masses. I believe in excellent customer service and putting a smile in everything you do.

I am a speaker, blogger and social contributor that loves sharing  your world through all eyes. When I am not on the job or attending speaking engagements, I am spending quality time with my family seeking out new adventures.

Lynn is an accomplished Coach, Customer Service Coordinator and Plan Sponsor Liaison with extensive experience in call center support in both insurance and banking for international clients with both inpat and expat employees. Strengths include training, developing and motivating staff; performing quality reviews and analyzing trends. Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and outstanding ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure work environments. Lynn is committed to managing and maintaining client service accounts, as well as investing, growing partnerships, and constituent engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
